SAS rely on passengers giving up on their web site
SAS flight cancelled as I approached Oslo airport on 26 June 2023. Had to stay in a hotel overnight. Next day put on a flight to Zurich and then a second flight to my destination which was Heathrow. Since then I have tried countless times to claim compensation via the SAS website for hotel and meals. The website accepts all flight details but stops dead at the point where you enter your name. Hard to avoid the conclusion that SAS hopes people will give up out of frustration.
