Your first two questions are proprietary information. There is no answer to your last question since it's 100% a check in by check in crapshoot as to what information matters (or doesn't matter) to the person checking you in based on several situational factors that are not worth getting into. The point being, it's not at all black and white.

The article reads like old Soviet style propaganda. The reality is that digital key use is still low for most properties. I mean sure it's greater than what it once was, but as a hyperbolic example, if you averaged two users a night eighteen months ago and now you average four you can say that usage up 100% but if the property has 150 rooms, does it really matter? Also, to say in any form that PEP is faster for check-ins than OnQ is laughable. Maybe at some point it will be but as of right now, hard no on that. It's a system that was designed by IT people and not by people that have ever worked operationally at a property.
