I think 3 and 4 K are ideal especially going westbound. As you say they are far enough away from the galley but close enough to the front so being served quicker when the drinks/meal service starts. Much of a muchness on this aircraft although steer away from the mini cabin as there have been reports of vibration there.

There's more info in the Wiki but one full window is fine. Incidentally Silvers can also choose row 1 on 3 class aircraft.

Aerolopa is showing 1K as a bassinet but I'm not sure that's right as it is selectable on ba.com and no infant sign on it either. There's quite a good trip report here by GSTP which shows 4K but there are loads out there and of course video's too.
