I would opt for the Meurice on all three counts. Angelina's is almost next door, but really when I think of Angelina's it's the dense dark hot chocolate that comes to mind, and although it's a charming room full of character, you would definitely not get 5* service there - not to mention depending on the time of day it is packed to the brim and sometimes has a line. If you are a true tea lover Mariage Freres would be a treat, although once again the ambiance and service isn't going to compete with say the Meurice, FS or Crillon.
