Had a 5 night stay here earlier this month. Upgraded to Superior Room with balcony. Nice garden view. Full breakfast for 2 with eggs to order was included, no complaints on that front. We bought public bus passes and used them frequently, so cannot comment on shuttle service. The bus service is frequent and convenient. As mentioned previously Mona Vale is a short walk and a very nice free public gardens and has a quaint tea room with surpirsingly good lunches/teas. The room was very small and it was a challenge to unpack enough to relax or even to stow our suitcases. We were on a three week trip that included skiing so we were not travelling light.
