I am saying the 1015 flight could be delayed and 1026 flight could be on time, or vice versa. It's anyone's guesses.

If this is an early morning flight vs. an afternoon flight, then the morning flight is generally less prone to delays, but I am not sure how you can conclude two flights 11 minutes apart some 6 months out which one would be more reliable...
