I booked a round trip ticket from DEN-LHR. The outbound portion was on a United/Lufthansa codeshare, and the return portion was on pure Untited metal.

I never got the 1000 mile online booking bonus for the flight. A call the the service desk told me that code shares were not eligable for the bonus. I've never heard of this.

What gives?
