For the CBP interview- is the interview scheduled or drop in - and only at US enrollment centres; the CBP interview is not offered by US CBP at US customs/immigration facilities at US-Canada land crossings?
The link seawolf provided describes it. If you make an appointment at Landsdowne, it automatically makes an appointment for the same day at Alexandria Bay, NY for the U.S. portion. It would appear you must do it the same day.
