I see that Amex Travel US site clearly states in the Terms and Conditions that "Online travel agency Service Providers include Expedia, Inc. (“OTA”), which is a business organized and operating in the United States that has been selected by us to provide you with the ability to search for and book certain travel services."

However I'm unable to find such statements on the Amex Travel Canada site. Anyone knows who is the provider in Canada?
