"Leading leisure airline"?

Odd. Not "leading airline", but leading "leisure" airline.

Does that mean "Canada's leading airline who is not Air Canada"?

Is it PR spin for "Air Canada is bigger and better than us and are also full service, but at least we're still better than Lynx"?!?

But I do love the bravado: WestJet firmly secures... the leading position in a category that's neither full service nor ULCC, so the entire category consists of one or maybe two Canadian airlines.
