At 0723 this morning I got an email from Hertz with the details of picking up a vehicle...
"Welcome to Hertz New Orleans. As a loyalty member, you decide what to drive with Hertz Ultimate Choice®. Please note your lot assignment on our Gold Board.
See you shortly!"
2 hours later when I go to pick up the car Hertz Ultimate Choice is no more.
It's odd because MSY is still listed as a corporate location. We can't think of any reason why they'd be pulling back on UC. Hopefully, it's not a trend.
So what was the process when you got there? Was your name on the board with an assigned vehicle? Was there still signage for the UC section or was the lot already stripped of that?
