If you look back in this thread to posts from APR22 you will find that some Costco locations had an in-store display for a $500 cert for $399. I don't believe they have appeared since.
April 2022 was the only time I've seen it that low in the 3.5 years I've purchased AS certificates at Costco. As an added bonus, if you use your AS Visa card and are able to get 10 certificates, it brings you much closer to the 2000 EQM bonus for spending 10K by November 30th.
