In bed mode (flipped over) there are still few business products flying that can match the comfort of the sleeping surface. The memory foam mattress is very good.
I can offer this opinion from bums on seats experience on many airlines business products. Normally about 250,000 km per year.

I recall not liking the seat in the same way I wouldn't pay for the separate bed and seat first class arrangements. I have a tendency to fall asleep while watching something. In a normal seat you just press a button and you're there. Where it needs more intervention it's more problematic. There's a reason why Virgin did away with the seat. Yes there may be a theoretical perfect bed, but IMHO, sleeping on a plane is always a compromise. I'd rather have an imperfect bed that I will fully utilise than a perfect bed that I don't utilise much. Ah well, nothing I can do about it. As I recall, once in sleeping position you can't view IFE - though I could be wrong - I only did one sector as I then flew to ICN on KE on the next trip from LAX
