Did they give you any indication as to why?
OMA went through a UC -> No UC -> UC cycle during Hertz's bankruptcy when it became a local licensee the new owner pulled UC because "she doesn't think it's necessary" (also a "we don't do upgrades--she says what you booked is what you get unless you pay")... I'm guessing that my flaming them on the survey combined with enough others similarly complaining prompted a reevaluation of those business decisions.
