You mentioned KLM, is this a pure HV itinerary or do you connect from/to a KLM flight? I wonder if the notes in the Amadeus KLM booking make it across to the HV one, as those systems operate (as far as I am aware) quite differently from each other.
Both ways I'm connecting to/from a KL flight, so it's KL-ticketed with a KL code.
Not sure how that would help with a stubborn gate agent... In my luck, I'm going to LIS so there should be AFKL-aware staff around.
