I'm having horrendous problems with their websites - both bestwestern.com and bestwestern.co.uk. Yesterday I could get nothing to work in Edge browser and had to use Chrome. Today I can't sign in or do anything. I have tried changing my password as suggested here, I enter my membership number, press 'SUBMIT', nothing happens. This was happening with all the buttons on Edge but worked in Chrome yesterday. But today, nothing works. It's almost as if Best Western don't want to sell any rooms.

This is happening in both Windows 10 and 11 if that's significant.

PS I checked and Javascript is allowed in Chrome but Edge does not implement it AFAIK.
