How does one find out where they are on the list in the T-48 to T-72 period? Currently waiting for an upgrade on a flight Saturday that has 19 seats in J available so could quickly end up in this situation.
Before/up toT-72 you can call the GS desk, T-48 you can check the flight status via the app. At T-72 if you are at the top of the list you can have yourself cleared. If there are other GS ahead of you they need to be cleared first.
