I wonder how well that works out when departing from a place like, say, KLX which only ever sees HV and other LCC airlines. They would have no way of even looking up your FB status as they do not serve any Skyteam member. So unless the TA was able to add some very specific note to your booking - I doubt they would be lenient.

You mentioned KLM, is this a pure HV itinerary or do you connect from/to a KLM flight? I wonder if the notes in the Amadeus KLM booking make it across to the HV one, as those systems operate (as far as I am aware) quite differently from each other.
