Write to Customer Relations!

What a great approach... BA have screwed-up, so the customer has to spend an hour writing to them.

The Executive Club introduced Gold Tier Managers so customers didn't have to go through this sort of rubbish.

Satish-ny, I know you know enough people at BA to bypass this ridiculous abuse of time. If you want direct numbers at the EC, drop me an email.
