It's not that big of a deal because UA190 departs at 9:55 AM local time. You still have to walk to the gate and usually, last call is 15-20 min before departure.
Plus, if the SK lounge is open most of the day with a break in the middle, it's pretty easy to arrange for it to remain open for two hours, or shorten the break, if there is revenue from UA supporting it.
