I tried to update an existing reservation via the diamond desk email address two days ago. I received a nice reply from reservations to call the hotel directly or send them an email. What is wrong with customer support at Hilton. A couple of years back an agent from diamond desk would’ve called the hotel and made the necessary arrangements. Not the greatest way to treat your loyal lifetime diamond members. Does diamond desk even still exist? Or is it just the same call-center that is used for all Hilton inquiries? It is very sad to see how much Hilton has fallen behind Marriott in terms of customer service the last couple of years!
