I booked an Indigo flight through C1 and the flight got cancelled. I then requested a full refund which Indigo claims to have done and that the refund will be sent to the travel agent. Its been more than 2 weeks and I have not seen a credit on my V1 account. Is the refund done to the credit card and how long does it take?
Previously I booked an AS flight that was cancelled by me. Got an automatic email from C1 travel saying something like “flight changed, please call us.” I called in and an agent manually processed the refund. Showed up on cars in a day or two.
