@OP so SK is compensating 75 EUR for 2 people (you wrote "we" but then you wrote "a ticket")?
Only one person's bag was lost but two people traveling (that's why I said "we"). No additional travel insurance.

I'm upset and willing to fight this to the max, including taking this to small claims court. However, does anyone know if the fact that SAS is currently in Chapter 11 would cause difficulties in suing them in small claims court? I will continue to pursue this until I am out of options.
