World traveler but first time flying BA. Was expecting the worst, but everything was great. Cabin crew was superb, multiple greetings by name, super attentive and friendly, quiet during sleep. Hard product obviously tired but comfortable. Dinner was fine, breakfast ok. Liked boarding from the lounge in SFO. LHR was a lot of walking, but Customs/Immigration a breeze. BA app worked great on my Samsung.

Reading the years of horror stories here, but I'd fly again in a heartbeat.
