My Danish travel insurance would compensate me 4000kr if I were in OP's situation, I don't know if OP has any travel insurance that covers delayed baggage.

SK is supposed to deliver the bags to OP but they didn't, so I think OP deserves more than 75 EUR per day.

@OP so SK is compensating 75 EUR for 2 people (you wrote "we" but then you wrote "a ticket")?
