hi all - hoping the group here can help.

family is traveling on UA 38 from HND to LAX arriving at 1245pm and then connecting on AA to PHX about 2 hours later.

looks like given the arrival time, the HND LAX flight will arrive at T7 and they will have to clear customs / immigration in T7 and then walk to T4 landside and check-in again.

Here are my specific questions:

1) is there any chance that they may come into TBIT vs T7?
2) is it fair to assume that immigration / customs will be faster at T7 versus TBIT since they will only be competing with other United flights?
3) my wife has Global Entry but son does not. I've suggested they both use Mobile Passport Control CBP App, so they go through immigration together. Is there a MPC specific line at T7 immigration?
4) i'm assuming that there are no baggage re-check facilities for non-UA flights at T7, so they will have to walk to T4 to give bags to AA. It would be great to get reconfirmation of this?
