Travelling with some family who are Koru members but two different links have conflicting answers.

we’re flying an SG operated SQ285/NZ3285 on an 086 ticket to be precise.

and on the partner alliance page - https://www.airnewzealand.com.sg/koru-benefits#singapore says it’s doable?




more about having the chance to shower before connecting on to AKL. Has anyone confirmed the latter works?
