If you incoming flight is on time or close to it, then you should have no problems. Once you collect your bags you go up to the AirTran and take that to Terminal 2 for Alaska. Here are my estimates at each stage:
Global entry is at most a 5-8 minute wait in that terminal, (and that is rare, its usually 2-3 minutes for most of my flights), then baggage claim to AirTran is another 3-5 minutes at most. Wait another 3-5 minutes for the tram and you’re at terminal 2 and Alaska gates are right past security.. You should have time to hit the AS lounge right past security before you board..
