It seems like something like BHD-LHR-TLV (TLV-LHR-DUB Ssop for 5 days) DUB-LHR-TLV) TLV-LHR-BHD would be legal, and one could hire a car in DUB and drive it to belfast or something.... I know this is complete madness, but I presume it is the kind of madness that the TP run crowd will have considered - is there a reason why it is not possible?
Another example would be fly e.g INV-LON-CAI, and also purchase the very cheap ex-CAI flight to HNL, and actually go to HNL - if one had to hire a car there all very well, but that could conceivably be 2500 or 3000 TPs on a single booking if one could execute it? - what's the rub?
Double points with BAH requires starting in UK, so the nested trip is ineligible.
