Missing Points after multiple changes to awards tickets?
I'm fairly certain that my points balance across my household is short by at least 45k+ points and that it's due to after making multiple changes to my reward tickets.
However tracking my activity on the AP site is ridiculously non-user friendly and difficult to try and reconcile, especially the way they show the activity when making changes to an itinerary. My points balance just felt off I did a check by using the balance they sent in an email few days before I started redeeming points. I bought some points during the promo back in May, and they sent me another email with my balance after that purchase, and it matched up. After deducting the total of the flights and adding up my CC points, that's how I got to the missing points.
I'm not 100% how much each individual in the household should have as I have 3 people in my household and the amount of points deducted across the household also changes with each itinerary change, so it quickly gets confusing
How do I go about requesting for the missing points in this situation? I saw in the thread about missing SQx/AP points from flights, uses a web form. Would I go through the missing points webform for this as well? Could I submit for entire household or I'd have to figure a way to split it out across the 3?
