Did you ask them to plate it on the ordinary (non-kosher) dishes they use? Or are they matching dishes that haven’t been used for non-kosher food?

I assume that for someone keeping strictly kosher they would only be comfortable eating it from the double wrapped tray/containers in which it was packaged and then heated?
