I'm considering redeeming points for one of the Wyndham all-inclusives in the Cancun area. It seems like Wyndham is charging 30,000 points for these properties (limit 2 people). The website seems to indicate that these redemptions ARE all-inclusive. Is that correct -- no other fees or mandatory tips would be collected?
Any experiences with these properties? I did stay at a couple of the new Hyatt all-inclusives in that area last year, and they were certainly a good deal. But Hyatt realized they were "too cheap" and bumped up the required points. So I'm now considering trying a Wyndham resort for at least a couple days (Cancun is kind of the new Florida for winter, with better weather

).. I'm trying to figure out how comperable the "better" Wyndham properties would be, and make sure I'm not hit with unexpected extra fees.
