As I mentioned in my previous reply to that quoted post, and updated the wiki. It effectively makes the exception useless as long as you have a glut of PlusPoints since if PZ is available you can just buy a cheap Y ticket and confirm using PlusPoints with out needing an exception at all.



No they shouldn’t have - they were applying the policy as it is currently written.
