More detail: bog-standard JFK-LON transatlantic ticket outbound on AA-metal inbound on BA from LGW.
Was it booked using the Chase or AARP discounts? If so, this is your issue as it seems to show as a discounted travel agent booking to the agents, thereby seeming to make it ineligible for UuA or POUG. There are a number of reports of this in the Chase and AARP threads.
