I think you have a good chance and would keep it.
You will have to exit left (connections). Alaska leaves both from T-2 and Intl T, A Gates. If "A" gates up 1 flight and opposite side. If T-2 then a 5-7 minute walk inside the building to T-2. You will have to go through security again in both cases.
I have done the transfer to AS (T2) in 20 minutes from arrival (but bags were out fast).
T-2 will be "D" gates. You can look up the gate on flightaware.com as well as the AS web site.

Since you have separate tickets if AS is at "A" gates exit right from US Customs (and not left for connections). If "D" gates, I think left is better.
Can someone confirm AS still has a "check-in" in the Intl Term for their Gate A flights?
