On the flight this evening from LHR to ARN. As with the outbound the starter didn’t match the menu. The corn purée was what I actually got on the outbound which said potato salad. Neither that nor this starter were very enjoyable for me.

I’d have liked the salmon but on a load of 16 CE pax BA loaded 2 which were gone by row 1. It sounded like pax in every row asked for the salmon so a lot of second choices.

My seat mate took the lamb (after being told to chose again) and when it was placed in front of him he said I should have followed you and not taken that.

Otherwise friendly crew with lots of checks if I needed top ops etc.

Side note and unrelated to food, boarding was a complete mess. At least 25 passengers offered early boarding if they checked in their baggage which didn’t make for a smooth boarding process.
