Take the JR train to Narita Town, 10min from the terminals. You can make it back on an early train for your 9am onwards flight. There are a bunch of hotels. I like the Richmond but their English tends to be limited. There are a bunch of larger hotels there like the Mercure, but plenty at all price points. You can get a nice dinner in town, and there should be plenty of restaurants with English menus that cater to tourists given the proximity to the airport. I like staying in Narita Town since you can take a walk around which is nice after a long flight.

There are also a bunch of western brand hotels nearer to the airport but they are only accessible by shuttle and have limited options around for dining.
