Ignoring location, probably Stratford (also the HP) in first place. Then Albert Embankment if you get one of the riverfront suites. If not, equal last place with the HP.

The Andaz and Churchill are better hotels, as is the lovely Dukes when it is affordable (which is not ever at the moment).
