You have the option of calling BA and asking them to change or missing your flight at JFK and rebooking at JFK. I would change now to ensure you are protected on next available especially with luggage.
It says "ID" tho. Is Canada considered domestic for flight purposes when flying US to Canada? If not then it doesn't apply surely and you have to look at "II".
