We stayed at the Angiolieri early June for a week.

It was an OK experience. I would more rate it as a 4* superior, or maybe a low level 5*.
We paid 350 per night for the second lowest room category via Hyatt. We got a corner room with nice view over the coast and it was OK sized.
Breakfast is at the main restaurant and on the terrace when the weather is good. Selection was limited though all essentials were there. A little bit too less selection for a whole week though.

As a starting point to discover the Amalfi coast, the location of the hotel is pretty good. The pricing is reasonable and with a rental car you can pretty easily access everything. They have a free parking garage with free valet parking, too, which was nice.
We also had bot major traffic on the Amalfi coast roads in early June, which becomes a nightmare after from April to end of May and again from mid June through the summer.

We would love a newer option hotel for our next stay but if nothing else is available, we would go there again.

However, for us the Amalfi coast is not a destination we would need to go more than once over same substantial period of time. Maybe in 10-20 years again.

We generally like the south of France or nothern Italy better.
