Kiwi is the only search engine I’m aware of that can do this.
They actually sell you separate tickets when you book through them, so you are not protected if there is a misconnect. Their guarantee is worthless, so you’re better off just using it as a search engine and then booking elsewhere.
They also sell you “hidden city” tickets etc., so they are quite unpopular with airlines.
