Definitely better breakfast than on the plane. Gives you a bit more sleep time. Also a chance to have a leisurely coffee and relax after the frazzle of immigration and luggage and before your onward land journey. I'd definitely recommend it. Note that it closes at 14:00 and than the hot breakfast options finish around 12:00.
