Can anyone confirm the rules on a refund for a cancellation (1leg). Two weeks on BA still saying they won’t refund the cancelled flight until I fly first leg. I’m £600 out of pocket( 3 flights on EZY at £200 each ) to replace the BA cancelled return. The flight is in Oct so no no compensation due I just want the refund.
If the flights on EZY were more expensive, and there really was no good alternative offered by BA, then get BA to pay for the EZY flights instead of a refund
