Yes, just to clarify the previous comment, even if a flight shows up on the AA website, you can't book it with another airline's miles unless it is at the very cheapest mileage price offered by AA. If you want to see what's available with CX miles you need to search through the CX website, or another partner airline website like BA or AS.
