Just out of curiosity is it possible at SFO to transit easily airside from the International Terminal where BA/QR depart to Terminal 1 where AA depart and use the Admirals Club there? Just wondering whether that may have been a viable solution to the crappy AF space QR provide access to? (it's not a particularly pleasant place to be and not worthy of the term lounge in its current state).
