BCal flew Houston to Gatwick in the mid and late 70s. My first flight was BCal IAH LGW and I still have the menu with Bobby Burns' picture on it.

BA has served Texas a while with twice daily Houston and usually daily Austin service now too along with the Oneworld flights to DFW.

KLM is Europe's oldest carrier to Texas, they started HOU in the 50s [via Montreal and sometimes via NYC]
