The arrival faff (mainly security) and getting to the departure gate will strip an hour or so from your connection time. Sadly you'll get to Safwa at peak bedding-down time, which means you'll be very unlikely to find a sleeping room free. There are reclining chairs in the lounge, not much use for sleeping, or you might be given one of the semi-private family rooms equipped with sofa and chair.
Some people are happy to stay in the lounge, but others yo-yo between lounges to pass the time, taking in the commercial delights of the airside area as they go.
If you are intent on horizontal sleep, there are sleep pods available airside: I've never used them, and they look over-priced for what they offer.
