SFO BA Lounge not following oneworld lounge access?
I was denied access to the SFO BA lounge traveling business class with Qatar. When I inquired about the policy the agent said I had to be Sapphire or higher with oneworld - which does not align with the policy posted on the oneworld lounge access... Their not allowing me access seems to be arbitrary unless I am missing something?
