Trying to book USA to Caribbean on AA hardware using Avios, same result. I get flights listed but the error "Sorry there is a problem with booking this journey online. Try selecting other flights" when I select a flight.

This is ONLY for Int'l flight. Domestic flights work fine and searching on AA site, the prices match up with what would be an available flight for partners (usually 12.k main 22.5k biz).

Is calling the only other choice? I never see on these posts that it was resolved.
