I had excellent meals this week at Sushi Suzuki and Restaurant Ryuzu in Tokyo, and at Nishimuraya Honkan in Kinosaki. But the meal I had tonight at Kiyama in Kyoto was really special, easily the best meal I’ve had in Japan. It’s something I’ll remember for a long time. I highly recommend it if you’re in Kyoto.
